I began staying at the Inn on a regular basis for rest and reflection in the years that followed. On one particular visit, I was at a point in my life when I was searching deeply for my next step. I was strolling down a long hall that was filled with a bevy of spirits and visions from the past, and I was reminded of my spirit guides. I reached out and posed the question, “What was I supposed to do, with an emphasis on the word “DO”. All was silent for a few minutes, and then an answer came in the form of a question. “How would you behave, what would you change, how would you spend your life if you knew that you were sent here to simply grace the planet with your presence?” I was stunned by this question, pondered it for a short while, then started having different internal conversations about myself and my life. I stood taller. I walked differently, and I began to think differently. I found myself smiling in the most genuine way. I realized that if I lived from the premise that I was sent here to grace the planet with my presence, I would do everything in my power at every moment to maintain a high vibratory rate and frequency. I would consistently focus on loving and serving all of God’s creations. I would love myself at all times, and I would openly welcome and embrace the love offered to me by others. I would be truly happy knowing that I was fulfilling my purpose. And the planet would be graced by my presence because I would have become the embodiment of love itself.
