Work Exchange Program

The Work Exchange Program is designed for individuals ages 7 and above, who would like to work and earn financial credit towards one of our fee based programs.

Work credits can be applied to any of the programs offered at Swan Center Outreach. Children between the ages of 7 and 13 can earn a $5 per hour work credit, and individuals age 14 and above can earn an $8 per hour work credit.

A list of job positions is posted regularly on our web-site. If you feel you qualify for one of these positions, you may apply for the Work Exchange Program, however, application does not guarantee you a job position.

If you are interested in a job position, that you are not qualified for, then we suggest that you continue participating in the Volunteer Program to receive training in that area.

Once hired, you will be evaluated on a regular basis on your attendance, attitude, and work performance. Work Exchange employees will be dismissed if they do not consistently receive good evaluations.

Prequisite: Applicants must have logged 20 volunteer hours of experience, with Swan Center Outreach, before applying.
